Paper Towel Dispensers

Paper Hand Towel Dispensers. Choosing the right paper towel dispenser for your business or facility is key to maintaining hygiene, managing costs, and ensuring user satisfaction. When selecting a dispenser, consider the type (manual or automatic), capacity, size, material, and ease of refilling. Manual dispensers are cost-effective and simple to maintain, while automatic dispensers offer a touchless experience, enhancing hygiene. The capacity should match your traffic flow to reduce maintenance. Also, think about the ease of installation and refilling, as these factors will affect ongoing maintenance. By considering these aspects, you can provide a convenient and hygienic solution for drying hands efficiently.

Buyer’s Guide to Choosing Paper Towel Dispensers

Paper towel dispensers keep hand towels protected, organised and easy to access in commercial washrooms, kitchens, healthcare facilities and workplaces. Insinc’s range includes slimfold, midfold, interfold, compact, centrefeed and roll-feed dispensers in manual, automatic and sensor-operated formats.

Choose from black, white, silver and transparent finishes, with capacities ranging from compact 300-sheet units to larger 700-sheet dispensers and single-roll systems for high-traffic areas.

Which Paper Towel Dispenser Should You Choose?

Slimfold, midfold and interfold dispensers release individual folded towels and suit washrooms where controlled dispensing is important. Compact and half-slimfold models are useful where wall space is limited.

Centrefeed dispensers suit workshops, kitchens and cleaning stations where towels are pulled from the centre of the roll. Manual roll-feed dispensers offer simple operation, while auto-cut and sensor-operated models provide controlled portions with reduced contact.

Are All Paper Towels Compatible?

No. Match the dispenser to the towel’s fold, sheet dimensions, roll width, diameter and core size. Slimfold, midfold, interfold, centrefeed and roll-feed towels are not interchangeable.

Also consider traffic levels and refill frequency. Higher-capacity dispensers suit busy facilities, while transparent models make it easier to check remaining stock.
